1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website sanantoniobloombar.com and any rental, service, or communication you receive from San Antonio Bloom Bar LLC ("San Antonio Bloom Bar," "we," "us," or "our"), a DIY flower bar rental business located in San Antonio, Texas.
By using this website, submitting a booking request, chatting with us through our website chat widget, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our Services
San Antonio Bloom Bar rents DIY flower bar setups for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, bachelorette parties, and corporate events in and around San Antonio, Texas. Depending on the package selected, rentals may include the flower display bar and buckets, a bouquet recipe card, setup and return instructions, and optional add-ons such as backdrops, ring lights, or flower sourcing.
Submitting a request through our website is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A rental is confirmed only after we have confirmed availability with you in writing and any required deposit has been received.
3. Bookings, Payment, and Cancellations
- Pricing is provided by quote based on package, headcount, date, and add-ons selected.
- A credit card is kept on file for damage and late-return fee protection. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.
- You are responsible for returning all rented equipment in the condition it was provided, on the agreed return date. Late returns and damage may result in additional fees charged to the card on file.
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided in your rental agreement at the time of booking.
4. SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
Program name. San Antonio Bloom Bar SMS Program.
Program description. San Antonio Bloom Bar sends SMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages include booking and availability confirmations, rental agreement and payment links, appointment and delivery/pickup reminders, customer care responses, and — for those who opt in to marketing — occasional promotional offers.
How you opt in. You opt in by submitting our online booking request form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, by starting a conversation with us through our website chat widget and providing your mobile number, or by texting us directly. The consent checkbox on our form is not pre-checked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. The consent language presented at the point of opt-in reads:
- "By checking this box and providing my phone number, I agree to receive SMS text messages from San Antonio Bloom Bar about my rental request, booking confirmations, reminders, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service."
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive between 2 and 10 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. San Antonio Bloom Bar does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent and received.
Opting out (STOP). You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, reply START or submit a new request through our booking form, and we will resume sending messages.
Getting help (HELP). Reply HELP to any message from us, or text HELP to (830) 381-0694, for assistance. You can also email [email protected]. We will reply with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
Supported carriers. Our messaging service is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and MVNOs.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of, or have authority from the account holder for, the mobile number you provide.
Privacy of your mobile data. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing categories described in our Privacy Policy; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in data may be shared only with the subcontractors that directly support our messaging operations, and only to deliver the messages you requested.
5. Website Chat
Our website includes a chat widget you can use to reach us. Conversations you start there may be continued by SMS or email if you provide a phone number or email address. The same consent, opt-out, and privacy terms described in Section 4 apply to messages sent as a continuation of a web chat.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website or our services to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or copy our content for commercial use without our written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, our bouquet recipe cards, and the San Antonio Bloom Bar name and marks — is owned by San Antonio Bloom Bar LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Antonio Bloom Bar LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or our rental services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental.
Flowers are a natural product. Where we source flowers as part of a Full Service package, exact varieties and colors are subject to seasonal availability and may be substituted with comparable blooms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
